This can't be an easy place to work. Next to a big shopping Karen run, roads confusing to Ken too, yet the staff are unbelievably solid, even fun to banter with. If you're having issues, blame the Karen Ken Klan breaking these good people down. When I was there we even had a discussion about how promotional discounts can affect labor to sales ratio. The lobby was very dirty. The manager on duty was more concerned with joking with the employees than customer service.
