Arby's - Tisch reservieren

Picked up a door dash order. Notes said to make sure cheese was in bag. I explicitly asked before picking up they said it was there. It wasn't and was missing a fry. They refused to make the fry for a few minutes making me late. Customer reported there should have been two fries and there was hair in the order. We both tried to call the store and no one answers. Can't rate zero stars or I would. I could have my pay taken away if this wasn't an understanding customer bc of their incompetent

I am fully aware that restaurants can offer a delicious product, but often the places I’ve visited leave much to be desired. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I’ve found that 8 out of 10 times when they get creative in this area, they tend to achieve reasonable results. I really do appreciate that effort.

I experienced discrimination from the staff regarding my service dog during my visit to the restaurant. They requested that I provide documents that are not required by law. Additionally, the employees were rude and clearly need better training in this area.

the line outside was super long, I went in there, was no one inside where I dived and quickly got out. I picked up for the young ones at lunch. they were super happy.

The food was hot, and the lobby and seating areas were clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to my order. Overall, it was a great experience.
