This restaurant is quickly falling in quality. After months of being understaffed, they finally hired some new employees. However, when I visited yesterday with my child, I noticed our food was left sitting behind the manager for over five minutes without anyone bringing it to us. While many takeout orders were being quickly packed up, our dine-in orders were completely overlooked. I had to approach the manager to ask about our food, and although he apologized, it didn’t change the fact that we received lukewarm meals. We used to visit this place once or twice a week, but now we hardly go at all. It's disappointing because it used to be one of the best casual dining spots in the city.
We have been eating at Arbys because of the GREAT experience we have had lately. The food has been excellent. The fish sandwich was hot and crispy. Not like McDonalds soggy fish. The fries are freshly cooked. Not soggy and barely warm. The salads are always fresh like their wraps. The girl running the window is ALWAYS professional and very friendly. We hope the consistency continues on your food and service. It’s a pleasure to know we can depend on you. Thank you!!!
Update March '22: I have more good news! The drive-thru employee was cheerful and very professional. My order was prepared exactly as I requested, and I was very pleased with the fast service! Update May '22: I continue to experience great, professional, and efficient service, and my orders have been accurate. Update August '22: I love the new menu item—the French dip with Arby’s sauce—so delicious! The service at this place is fantastic, and the team stays busy!
I'm a almost deaf veteran! Very hard to hear in the drive thru! Especially if there using mask's, which don't bother me! The kid at the window got upset and got his manager because he thought I was being rude because he was wearing a mask and I swear I simply couldn't hear him! For fast food, and yes Arby's.. this location does a great job and have even come up with some on the fly combos when what I wanted wasn't available, and fast! I promise you won't sit long. I'm a busy guy so I really don't have time to waste, they've never wasted my time, oh and they're not afraid to make you laugh or smile every time. Keep up the great work guys!
Just driving thru coming from Victor headed for the Springs.. However I stopped to get food, and they provided exceptional service with fast cook time. I swear I was only in the drive thru~ no more than 3-4 minutes. And all food was they way it should be. Good. Thank You!
I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do I prefer Arby's. I don't always go to Arby's because it always seems to take longer to get the food. This Arby's at Woodland Park has repeatedly provided professional fast service! Whoever the Manager is, hats off to you.
I ordered the new hush puppy battered fish, but it didn't resemble the picture or the ads on TV. They made it look similar to the fish and chips from Long John Silver's, but it just didn't compare. My friend Bonnie's sandwich was cold as well. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Their lobby is closed, FYI. We didn't eat here, because we needed a lobby/dining room. Four stars doesn't represent anything, I just didn't want to ding their rating. Just wanted folks to know the lobby was closed. Wish I had known.
