I went through the drive thru and ordered some basic items. It took about as normal of time as any other drive thru but one of the sliders was incorrect after receiving the food. As I pulled around and was stepping out of my car to go inside and get itcorrected, the manager was just pulling into the parking lot and asked me if anything was wrong with my order. I explained tohim it was just the wrong slider and no big deal but he insisted on correcting the order. He took my receipt and had the wholeorder remade and brought it back out to me shortly after. I leave 5 stars not for the food because it is fast food and we allknow what to expect, but instead I leave 5 stars for the service.
Long wait time. Ordered for a family of 8- asked to wait in a spot for curly fries. So we did, when the order was brought out to us, the 2 meals we ordered were forgotten. Had to go back through the drive thru (due to covid, can’t walk inside) waited approximately another 10 minutes for the meals. When hand delivering the food, employee should wait for the person to double check the order. Understandably we ordered a lot of food, there’s also signs for hire- so I can understand the short staff problem as well. It was also during the dinner rush. All of the employees were super apologetic kind- arby’s has always will be one of my family’s favorites.
I wasn't planning to say anything, but Google keeps prompting me for my opinion, so here it is. During my last visit, every window in the restaurant was covered in handprints and fingerprints, including the takeout window and the front doors. I had to park my car and go inside to retrieve something that was left out of my order, and the entire place looked sticky and unclean. The employees were just standing around, and someone really needs to clean the front doors and windows. I really enjoy the food, but unfortunately, I won't be returning until I see some improvement in this area, as it reflects what might be happening in the kitchen as well.
I had a wonderful lunch recently. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The food always tastes fantastic, and this time I decided to try something new. The curly fries always arrive hot, and I can’t resist ordering them every time. The dipping sauces are consistently delicious and generously portioned. I definitely recommend this place!

The late night crew here in Maple Grove is awesome! Saw a couple workers taking out trash for the evening and waved to them, pulled up to get my food and he asked if it was me who waved and I said yes, he offered me a drink and it made my night! I will be back! Food is always awesome and fast. Also the guy who took my order was super nice! Great experience ?
I want to clarify that I do like Arby's. The staff at this location is fantastic, and the dining area is consistently clean. However, Arby's should focus on what they do best. Unfortunately, the new Steakburger didn’t meet expectations. It didn’t taste freshly cooked; instead, it was overcooked, dry, and the edges were excessively crispy.
Decent. The workers were pretty nice. Pretty fast. The workers were wearing masks. The food was good. I don't have an awful lot to say. The workers did out the Aju to my French dip side ways in the big, and it spilt a little. The fries were kind of cold, otherwise, what'd you'd expect for an Arby's!
Fantastic customer service! This place surpasses any other fast food drive-thru in MG. I’d be even happier if they still offered potato cakes.
