Pretty bad and pathetic. Got the Reuben and it was more gristle and other various connective tissue than edible meat. I thought it was paper or plastic so I had to check; nope. This meat was scraped off the bottom of the barrel so hard they broke throughto the ground underneath. I threw it out the window because it was trash. Also the pepper poppers were underdone and themilkshake wasn't mixed all the way. Arby's, pay your employees more so they will feel compelled to do their job or fire them alland replace them with robots. I want my money back or an edible sandwich and I'm pretty sure one of those options is the onlyway I'm going to get one. 1 star for being open, one star for technically...
We ordered 2 number ones, half pound beef n cheddar one with curly fries and the other with crinkle cut fries. The wait did seem a bit long but i dont mind waiting for good food, this WAS NOT GOOD FOOD. The meat on both sandwiches was tiny chopped up pieceswith barely any cheese at all. Both orders of fries were too crunchy to eat, like they had been way overcooked. We live outsideof Dublin and as soon as Iwe got home and seen the food I put into calling Arby's on 441, no answer. This is ridiculous. I workhard for my money and from now on I'll spend my money elsewhere. Oh and I do have video but it won't let me upload it
I didn't have my usual coupons this time, but I decided to try the fish sandwich, curly fries, a large iced tea, and a vanilla shake with whipped cream on top. To my surprise, there were no lines at all! I walked right in and had plenty of time to choose my shake, and I naturally went for vanilla. The service was excellent as always! Arby's never disappoints!
This isn’t the first time I’ve received an incomplete order at the Arby’s location on I-16 and 441 South. If the staff are this lazy and careless about fulfilling my order, I’ll have to cross them off my list. I ordered a half-pound meal from the menu, but the fries were barely half a portion and the sandwich was small.

I really enjoyed my visit to Arby's! The classic beef sandwich, the cheddar, and the curly fries brought me so much joy. It felt like a truly American experience, ideal for a tired traveler. Thank you, Arby's, for such a great menu!
The service at Arby's was unacceptable. The cook was cooking and serving food with his pants hanging dangerously low, even with the manager present. It completely ruined my appetite and made me question the quality of their menu.
The service and atmosphere here are great. I have to give it only 4 stars because the last time I ordered the brisket sandwich it was dry. The first time it was life changing, but this last one was disappointing.
The staff at this restaurant were fantastic and courteous. The food was outstanding too. I saw them dealing with some difficult customers in front of me, and they handled the situation remarkably well.

I usually just get the curly fries and the strawberry lemonade. The fries are always served hot, and the lemonade tastes great.
