At this point, I was just hungry and eager to leave and go home to eat. I noticed six employees outside, smoking cigarettes and generally displaying rudeness. When I received my Coke, it had no ice, and the soda was flat because the machine was out. As a general manager of a restaurant in Lexington, I know what good service looks like, and I can confidently say I will never return to this location. I ended up walking out without any drinks, feeling disgusted at how they treat their customers. The last time I visited, they seemed upset that I spent $80.00—shouldn't they want to boost their sales instead? Clearly not.
It was evident that the morale among the staff was extremely low. When I inquired if this behavior was common, one employee replied that it happened all the time and there was nothing they could do about it. I decided to speak up and requested to see a manager. Unfortunately, the unruly and careless employee turned out to be a manager herself. I didn't catch her name, but I'm sure the other employees will remember me addressing her behavior, as they seemed amused by her getting called out. So much for an enjoyable visit to my hometown after nearly a decade.
We stopped by Arby's for lunch while passing through Stanton, KY, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient with easy access. Although only the drive-thru was open due to COVID, everything went smoothly. The staff member at the window communicated clearly, which helped ensure our order was correct. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted fantastic! After taking a glance inside, we noticed that the restaurant was clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a satisfying meal for both me and my wife.

I placed a takeout order online on August 6, 2023, and I was very impressed with the staff's efficiency in getting everything right, even though I arrived late. It seems the manager on duty is doing an excellent job. Service: 5/5

I waited half an hour for a six-piece chicken nugget and a five-piece jalapeño bites. This restaurant is terrible. Don't waste your time or money here. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
This restaurant is pretty average for an Arby's. The Bratbeef was a bit tougher than usual and seemed to have been sitting for a while. It can vary in quality from visit to visit. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Everything was so freshly made and delicious! This is my favorite spot to stop on my way to and from Louisville.
