My family are big fans of Arby's. We have been disappointed by a few Arby's locations in the past, so we decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews we saw and its proximity to where we were traveling (on 5/18/22, around 9:45). And we were not disappointed! This experience showed us what a professional, high-quality Arby's should be like. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with professionalism and courtesy by the staff. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. The food was excellent, prepared exactly how we wanted it, and completely exceeded our expectations! We now have a new favorite 5-star Arby's that has elevated our expectations for Arby's food. We were a bit demanding, but the server at the drive-thru was incredibly lovely and understanding. Unfortunately, they forgot to include our kids' drinks with the food order, which was disappointing when we got home.
