I'll call the health department at this point. I had a manager with an attitude that took my order and then I watched the slide that she never came down. They passed my sandwich behind the back when I opened my sandwich, it had a lot of moisture in that I ordered these sandwiches for years, that's disgusting. I have pictures and they are reported. The condemnation with human beings, if you could make them sick, is unacceptable. Fearably someone should be blamed!
I recently dined at Arby's and unfortunately had a negative experience. After waiting in line for a long time, I received cold food - both my fries and sandwich were not enjoyable and I ended up throwing them away. I decided to leave this review in hopes that the restaurant will improve. I only ended up at Arby's because I forgot that Chick-fil-A was closed today; I regret not going back home instead.
For whatever reason....I decided arbys was the move...I decided I had to EAT the MEATS...I just had to gobble the MEAT. But guess what....while I was eating I could feel it. The sounds of my stomach yelling for help...hoping for no more torture. After I ate here I realized I'd need to order a new toilet. I had won the battle...but at the cost of the war? What did I really give? My life.
Very clean location and great customer service. The employees are extremely friendly. The food presentation is excellent. Normally I always enjoy whatever I order. However, don't get the chicken salad sandwich. Looks beautiful and delicious.... but looks can be deceiving, it had absolutely NO TASTE WHATSOEVER! Try anything else on the menu and you'll be like. I recently ordered a meal from this restaurant and was surprised by the price. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order which prompted me to question the cost of the meal. The person at the window was not very professional when I asked about the price of the meal. My order number is aacmwkw2agc7.
Never going back. Bought 3 sandwiches, 3 order of fries and 3 medium drinks. $30.00...all food was put in one bag for take out. Bag was way to heavy. Bag ripped in parking lot. .$30.00 worth of wasted food in parking lot.
