This restaurant is poorly managed and unclean. The bathrooms are locked and can only be accessed with a key from the front desk, which is inconvenient. We had to wait in line with three other people, and one customer left because they couldn't wait any longer. When I reported this to the manager, their response was dismissive, saying they didn't care about losing a customer. It's no surprise that the restaurant was empty at 12:15 PM on June 20, 2022, during lunch hour. The lack of concern for customers is truly disappointing.
I was under the impression that Arby’s specialized in meat, but I was disappointed with their so-called Philly cheesesteak. Honestly, I think it should be renamed a grilled cheese because it was lacking in flavor and substance. I can only give 2 stars for the very friendly staff, but I just couldn't give it 3 because I ended up tossing the sandwich and opting for something else to eat.
The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have any ice for drinks, and I only learned this after I had paid for my meal. They mentioned that the soda was cold, but it actually wasn't. The price of the meal remained the same. Despite this issue, I think it's still worth a visit.

Since they stopped offering the orange cream shake, we've found a new favorite drink: the Jamocha. It's a delicious coffee shake that's just the right amount of sweet.

This restaurant is located really close to my place, and I've been going there twice a week for over ten years. In all that time, my order has only been wrong once! The staff is fantastic and friendly, and they really helped me out with delicious meals, especially during the height of the pandemic.

They've changed the chicken breast in their Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It's now thinner and has a crumbly coating. Overall, it's not as good as what they offered a few months ago. It seems they've opted for a lower quality product while keeping the price the same.
I ordered the Chicken Diablo, and it was spicier than I anticipated. However, I'm really looking for something that delivers heat on a whole new level—like magma! I think it might be time for me to take on the one-chip challenge!

The Caucasian general manager has repeatedly thrown my food at me. On one occasion, he tossed my tray in my direction, and I found that unacceptable. After that experience, I decided to leave and won't be coming back.
The young staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel truly special during my visit. Thank you for the excellent service!
