I was a bit hesitant because I have visited Arby's many times and typically enjoy their well-prepared, brown beef sandwiches. However, on this occasion, my roast beef sandwich had a pink hue, which even stained the bun a reddish color. While I can appreciate a rare steak, I prefer my fast food meat to be well done, and this made me increasingly uncomfortable as I ate. In the end, I discarded the last quarter of the sandwich. I had great hopes for Arby's, especially with their slogan promising "the meats." Sadly, the Philly cheesesteak didn't meet those expectations. It lacked both substance and flavor, and honestly, it reminded me more of a grilled cheese than an actual cheesesteak. I’ll give it 2 stars for the incredibly friendly staff, but I have to maintain that rating since I ended up throwing the sandwich away and choosing to eat somewhere else.
I’ve consistently had a positive experience at this restaurant. The staff truly make it special, whether I’m driving through or walking in. Even if the food isn’t perfect, the employees at the counter or window have always been wonderful. I’ll definitely keep coming back! I give it a 4 out of 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement, but that shouldn’t detract from the overall quality of the place.
I was under the impression that Arby’s specialized in meat, but I was disappointed with their so-called Philly cheesesteak. Honestly, I think it should be renamed a grilled cheese because it was lacking in flavor and substance. This restaurant is located really close to my place, and I've been going there twice a week for over ten years. In all that time, my order has only been wrong once! The staff is fantastic and friendly, and they really helped me out with delicious meals, especially during the height of the pandemic.
I have some thoughts about Arby's. First of all, it's my favorite fast food restaurant. However, they've taken two of the best sandwiches off their menu: the roasted turkey club and the three cheese Angus sub-melt. What a disappointing decision! I'm really not happy about this change.
The wagyu burger was disappointing in both looks and flavor. The fries were soggy, and the lemonade was excessively sweet, almost like sipping syrup. In the end, I had to throw out the entire meal.
The customer service here was excellent! My order was correct, and the staff exuded great enthusiasm! This was the best experience I've ever had at an Arby's.

I ordered the Good Burger 2 meal with a shake, but instead, I received a small fountain drink. DoorDash has not processed a refund for my order.
It was absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly delicious and satisfying.
