We recently stopped by the Arby's drive-thru, and our visit got off to a bit of a rough start. The first thing we heard was "Order when ready," with no greeting or welcome. The staff member taking our order seemed hurried and didn't give the impression that he enjoyed his job or appreciated our business. It would be nice to have someone with a friendlier demeanor greeting and assisting customers over the intercom. On a brighter note, the food was tasty and fresh, and we do plan to come back—just hoping for a warmer experience next time!
Arby's has always been a favorite fast-food spot for me. They consistently deliver good quality, and I've enjoyed everything I've tried there—until recently. The new hamburger they introduced was a bit disappointing, especially since they had never offered burgers before. On the other hand, their new gyros are fantastic and rival what you can find in dedicated gyro shops. We certainly don't want to consider it fine dining, but for fast food, it's as close as you can get.

I understand that there's a staff shortage, but if they could at least update their website three hours in advance, it would help. It’s quite frustrating and misleading that they don’t provide any notice. Unfortunately, this has become a common issue at this particular Arby’s lately.

This is the only budget-friendly restaurant still available, especially if you take advantage of the coupons they send out in the mail every month. You can feed the entire family for just $20, or you can treat just the kids for around $6!
The service is faster, and the young men working on the second floor are very friendly and professional. The food is even better than McDonald's, and it's offered at the same price. Food: 5/5
Always a great experience, and it's lighter than a burger dinner. The roast beef gyro was even better than the Greek version. The cucumber sauce is absolutely delicious.
I ordered the roast beef at this restaurant, and I discovered it had more flavor than the typical lamb dish.
