I recently had dinner from this restaurant and found the experience to be quite average. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. I tried several items, including the Arby's Signature Sandwiches, Greek Gyro, Roast Beef Gyro, and French Dip, all of which were satisfactory but nothing exceptional. However, the service left something to be desired, with a rating of only 2 out of 5. The staff was not particularly attentive, which detracted from the overall experience. The atmosphere also felt lacking, scoring another 2 out of 5, making it less inviting for a dine-in experience. I don’t even know what I choose to come here as often as I do, it’s always slow as molasses and stays “understaffed” if that’s what you want to call it considering over been here when it was plenty staffed and still slow! It doesn’t matter, drive thru or inside slow, slow, slow!!! And the worst part is that I’m usually either the only person in the drive thru or one of very very few here at the same time!!! If it wasn’t for the fact that this is one of the only places where you’re not getting a greasy hamburger, or french fries. I wouldn’t even bother but honestly they’ve got to do better, especially with the prices as high as they are.
Review: I recently enjoyed a fantastic takeout lunch, and I couldn't be more impressed! The roast beef is an absolute must-try—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Both the food and the service were outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5 in both categories. With such affordable prices, you can't go wrong! Highly recommended!
