I absolutely adore the classic Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich from Arby's, it's always my go-to order whenever I visit. Sadly, there are no more Arby's locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, so whenever I have the chance to visit a spot that has Arby's, I always make sure to get it. The juicy and flavorful roast beef, paired with the Cheddar cheese sauce, is simply heavenly. The soft and delicious twill roll used for the sandwich is the perfect complement to the savory flavors. While my sandwich was a bit messy today, it still tasted as delicious as I remembered. The staff at this location was efficient, although not overly friendly, but a smile would have definitely enhanced the overall experie...
The girl at the window had a bad attitude the whole time. Then I get home and one of my 2 French dips is raw and looks nasty so I have to share my dinner. My medium fry is maybe a small, the box isn't even half full. I'm not happy and am glad I looked at my food before getting sick. I wish places like you could do better for people that supply your paycheck. Don't go here unless you wanna actually be able to eat your meal and 1 not get sick or 2 only have all your order but only half of the food you paid for.
I would not recommend this restaurant. I was overcharged for a $35 order, and when I brought it to their attention, the manager, Mishon, had a terrible attitude. She refused to refund my money without a receipt, even though I showed her the bank transaction. Mishon exhibited poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I suggest checking your bank statements if you pay with a card at this establishment.
verily there was 0/5 stars there was a hair in my sandwich I wish I had a picture. the workers also had no hair nets, and my riders were very burned and the customer service was terrible this lady named something like vermishion or something was very rude to me when I asked about the update on my order. This place is fast, accurate, and the staff are friendly. In a time where customer service is suffering across the board, I'm happy to say this location of Arby's is good and consistent.Parking: Standard parking lot. Plenty of spots.
There’s a bee hive inside of the drive thru speaker. They were just crawling in and out as I was placing my order. I feared they would get into my car! I don’t want to see that while ordering food! Disgusting!!!! Get that fixed!
I doubt I'll come here again, closed with no sign out in front only on the drive up station. That's lame and not good for business.People need to know when you are closed not just a handwritten sign at the ordering microphone.

One of my favorite fast food places that has a different menu from other fast food places. Most items here are quite good.
