She waited all day for the woman to pick up the work, she worked late so too late to go to a restaurant for vaters day dinner, so I was ok with some roast bark sandwiches. I didn't have long time. So we drove there 10 miles high and ordered, ordering was ro ready to 1007, we came around 1008. doors were locked, no one at the drive thru, all lights on, sign-inside etc. we tried to call and no answer and get an automated message on the answer machine. they are open until 11. we waited near 30 minutes, and nothing? So now I was was wasting an hour of my time, about a gallon gas, and they have calculated my credit card the $40 for eating that I cannot get. Now I have to call the credit card comp...
Spent 20 minutes waiting at drive through window. The cashier was making drinks takes off his gloves and goes on to his cell phone, then puts his cell phone away, doesn't wash his hands before touching the lids to our drinks. As we waited and waited notone person came to the window to say sorry for the wait. So I got out of my vehicle and went inside to ask what the problem wasand they all just looked at each other laughing and said oh we are short staffed. I said well why wouldn't you open the windowand say we are short staffed. I will never go here again after spending $67.27 on cold food. At least all the food should havebeen fresh considering we waited so long for it.
Giving 3 stars because for the past 3 months everytime I go which is approx once every two weeks, they do not have any turkey. My wife doesn't eat anything else that Arby's makes so they will prob be loosing my 20-35 bucks every two weeks...They say thereis a turkey shortage but yet supermarkets are loaded and delis still make turkey sandwiches.
Hey everyone this is a great place for a quick bite to eat. Supper clean great help quick service. The only thing I find is if you are buying for a family you will go broke. Place is a bit pricey for 2 fries and 2 roast beef hambuger bun sandwiches. Cost was 19 bucks and no meat on bun. But give it a try.

Spent 10 min in the car line with 2 cars in front of me. No big orders. Each car got a small bag and a drink. The 3 employees were not moving with a purpose and didn't seem to care. I ordered 1 roast beef sandwich and had to wait for it.
I don't give anyone a 5. Nobody is perfect. With that said, I was impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism of those that took and prepared my meal. The food even tasted good ??
Tried the ribs sandwich. Pretty good as compared to McRibs. Certain Arby's offer a 10% Senior Discount. Others do not. Based on the franchisee.This one does. Local one in Hicksville does not
It is what it is. When u want it nothing else will do. Arby's always has a special place in my heart. Gotta go double beef and cheese w horsey sauce and absolutely the seasoned curly fries!

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and instead received a roast beef sandwich. It was completely bland, meat looked gray and it was cold. Threw it in garbage
Visited for their latest promotion. The spicy fish sandwich and mint chocolate chip shake. Both were worth the 30 minute drive. Friendly service, quality food.
