This place is clearly having issues. We tried going a couple of weeks ago and it was randomly closed mid-day with no indication of when it would open back up. When we did find it open, we tried to go inside to order but the sign on the door said drive-thru only , so I drove around. What I didn 't know is there are HUGE potholes that have gravel so you can slide down into them going around the very sharp curve. My daughter and I were both startled as my front tire slid in and down into it. I 'm shocked it didn 't damage the car from the sounds it made.The lady who took my payment got out an Arby 's sauce for my bag and set it next to the cash register. Much love to Tawanda and all the night crew at this location. She went above and beyond and made me one of those new Wagyu burgers (that are surprisingly delicious btw) for me 5 min from close even though the sign said they were sold out after what I can only assume was a gruesome work shift. Her customer service was above and beyond, and gestures like this and great service, should be rewarded, noticed and praised. I hope it comes back to her and her team in much blessings and great karma. Currently enjoying the delicious burger. THANK YOU to all!
It's Arby's. I mean, it seems like it's better than hamburgers, but it's probably pretty close to the same. If you're just getting a sandwich with no fries, save money on a double by getting the 2 for $6 and ordering two regulars then discarding one of the buns and putting all the meat onto one sandwich. I recommend feeding the discarded bun to ducks, but not everybody has time for things like that. Also, I'm proud of you. Life is hard and you've been through a lot.
The man who was working at the drive-thru window was extremely friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the layout of the drive-thru itself. Typically, you would drive into the parking lot and then straight to the window. However, at this location, you have to drive in, loop around the back and side, approach the window from the front, and then exit out the back of the parking lot.

Has big sign that says lobby now open pulled in to order food with my delivery truck and when I get to the door it says lobby closed called store and they say they can't remove sign and lobby is randomly closed makes it hard to arrange a work schedule as a driver
Food was as you expect from Arby's, no complaints. The drive through staff was friendly. Note: As of early August, 2022 the lobby is closed so be aware if you planned on dining in.
Fast drive- thru ! Food was delicious The gentleman at the window was very kind and welcoming. Their new chicken nuggets are so good! Will definitely be back!
Terrible pothole in drive through. Very slow service. Go to the arbys in maple wood 10 minutes away, will still be home sooner than if you went to this one.
