Amazing customer service, but the food is horrible. I only attempt to visit an Arby 's every couple years, and every time I 'm reminded why I rarely go. The roast beef they use is the most disgusting, overpriced, beef flavored jello mold. (Look it up). I couldn 't get through half my sandwich before chucking it in the trash and hoping my stomach would settle down before the first half came up. I wasted $9 on this overhyped slop. The curly fries are amazing, though, and it 's sad that they pare it with their over-processed roasted mystery cut , grade F (or canner grade) beef. At first I wasn’t sure what to eat and one of the workers a nice man with pink hair started saying some of there deals they had and I got my food while I was waiting I noticed another working angel making sure all the food was fresh and it tasted very good.
