Most of the time I love this location. It’s nostalgic my first job out here 75 years ago and everything but lately it’s been pretty frustrating. Some people work later than others and there is nothing worse than getting out of work and hauling butt to get to the drive thru in time only for the placed to be closed down 10+ minutes before closing but the staff is hanging out in the parking lot. Happened two days in a row. If it’s staffing issues I hope they fix it soon, if it’s something else, please stop us second shifters are usually starving.
The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was delicious. In terms of kid-friendliness, we celebrated my little girl's birthday there and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. She proudly announced her age and the entire team showered her with birthday wishes. It was a lovely experience.
The extra crispy chicken sandwich has been removed from the menu, which was disappointing. However, the restaurant is very spacious and it was a pleasant experience dining indoors. The server who assisted us seemed more interested in chatting with other coworkers, which was a bit distracting.
Stopped here for a small bite coming back from the lake. Half of our order was wrong, but we were too hungry to complain or get it corrected. It's whatever... It's just Arby's, so I didn't really make a big stink about it.

I had a terrible experience at a restaurant called Rind-Cochdar yesterday. I bit into a metal object and now I need a root canal. I highly recommend avoiding this place or any Arby's location.
Found a dime in my son’s sandwich from Arby’s on Chicago Drive in Granville, MI. Totally disgusting
The food was great although the lobby was closed the line was long and it was still worth it
Extremely slow and didn't put my fries in the bag. Will not go back to this location.
