It's almost 5 on a Sunday afternoon and this place only has one other person here. Most all of the tables need wiped down. There is a smell in here not sure what it is. The chairs need wiped down and the lobby floor is sticky. And Jose is leaning against the counter talking not working. There is plenty to be done. My husband ordered the 9 piece boneless wings with fries and they dumped the fries on top of the wings, which didn't look very appealing. It also makes you wonder how fresh everything is when your order is served in 2 minutes. This place needs to get their act together so people will want to eat there. Because I dare to complain about a hair in my food and about the order not being prepared as we had asked they told us not to come back because we would not be served again stay away from the Show Low, Arizona! There is an older lady with gray hair thatpulls it back very thin and aged she has no customer service skills and she talks to people like she owns the place she needs tobe fired she is apparently the manager on the night shift
The food here is always great. Every time I have eaten at this Arby's when I get my order it is hot and fresh. I love that. It takes a little longer then normal to get the food out, I waited about 10 minutes but thats alright. It was a very clean Arby'sand seems to be well managed. Beef and cheddar sandwiches and the Buffalo sandwiches are always on their best game here.
It's an Arby's that runs out of everything fast, not sure why. We've tried it numerous times. This last time was the last straw. Ordered sliders and they stand them up in little boats and all of the cheese and meat falls to the bottom. You have torebuild it completely before eating it (hard to do when you are driving). Jalapeño Bites (8 ea. are always amazing. Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strips 5pc are honestly mediocre in terms of restaurant breaded fish, and are a tad smaller than Gordons breaded fish filets. Gordons tastes better too, and for near the same price, and you get more. If you want good fish, its not here.

The manager Lindsey and her staff do a great job and they're friendly, courteous and very professional. The quality of the meal is always great and I've never had a complaint. Great food. Great price. Give them a try if you haven't
