I typically have a great experience at Arby's, but today (2/21/22) the girl at the drive-thru was very rude! They messed up my order - I only ordered a roast beef sandwich but they forgot to put Swiss cheese on it. I had to take it back and wait another 10 minutes for a sandwich that ended up being cold. Additionally, the week before (2/17/22) I ordered 2 beef and Swiss sandwiches and 2 fish sandwiches, but they gave me 3 fish sandwiches instead. I usually don't check my bags before leaving, but I may start doing so after these recent experiences.
We had a chocolate jamocha shake, but it wasn't very good. The sandwiches were soggy and unappetizing, and the strips were more like tiny nuggets. We won't be returning to this restaurant. The service was decent, but the food and atmosphere were lacking. For lunch, the price per person was $10-20. Food rating: 1, Service rating: 3, Atmosphere rating: 3.
Order the family meal which includes 4 MED fries.. we got 2 medium and 2 small in medium packaging even dug out the fries in the bottom of the bag. Overall foods great but if im paying for medium fries i would love to get medium fries not smalls and technically be shorted and entire medium fry because of it. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
The food is quickly prepared and cooked perfectly. The service is efficient for takeout orders. This restaurant offers lunch meals priced between $10 and $20 per person. The staff at this restaurant is incredible! The food is delicious and the service is very quick. The overall customer service experience is outstanding. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was $1-10.
