We waited in line longer than we should have to be told they were all out of salads, so I ordered a Turkey club instead. They asked if I would like a sandwich or a wrap, I asked for a sandwich and was told to pull around. A lot more waiting to receive a wrap... Not wanting to wait any longer, I decided a wrap would work even if I didn't like them as much. Got home to a wrap so drench in sauce it was soggy and uneatable.
Lady who took our order was too big to leave the job. Very bad manners from the beginning. Had an attitude with me when I talimg my order and my friend had to finish the order for me. Then she left before we even got our food. My chicken pliers were not put in the bag, and both burgers who were ordered for the other two were too long microwaves. Very rude for us and not impressed at all.
The curly fries were cold, but everything else was just as I ordered it every time. I always leave everything in the bag. The sauces always make it a treat, and the flavors are consistently great. The staff is always polite here!
Unfortunately, my brisket bacon dip sandwich did not live up to the enticing picture I saw. I believe it was just a $7.99 beef sandwich on dry bread. Disappointing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My first time in an arby in over 15 years. I had the Cheesesteak and it was great! The lady in the register was very informative and friendly. I'll be back!
The cashier had a nasty attitude, some white guy, I had to check him real quick. That attitude changed greatly. BOY U BETTER RECOGNIZE, AN ANCIENT ONE!
No sign that can be seen from vehicle saying drive thru only.... got drink order wrong ...sandwich was great but fries cold
