I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars, mainly because the staff deserves 5 stars for their friendliness. Unfortunately, the food consistently comes out cold. The crinkle fries are undercooked and only lukewarm at best. Today, I ordered the 2 for $7 gyro, and it was cold and unappetizing. As usual, the fries were also cold. I’ve decided I won’t order them again, and I won’t be returning to this location. The thought of eating meat that wasn’t brought up to the proper temperature makes me feel nauseous. I want to give a big shoutout to Tawanda and the entire night crew at this location. She went above and beyond by making me one of those new Wagyu burgers (which, by the way, are surprisingly delicious) just five minutes before closing, even though the sign indicated they were sold out after what I can only imagine was a tough shift. Her customer service was exceptional, and gestures like this deserve to be recognized and appreciated. I hope she and her team receive plenty of blessings and good karma for their hard work. I have never felt the need to write a review for a fast food restaurant since you usually know what to expect, but I had such a wonderfully enjoyable dine-in experience here that I wanted to share it. All the employees were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be sociable and deliver outstanding customer service. (This was on a weekday around 2:00 PM, though I'm not sure if that time made a difference!)
Everything was absolutely delicious; I'm still full from our meal around 4:30 PM. Thank you! My roast beef double was fantastic, and Bubba really enjoyed his classic sandwich and fries. The mozzarella sticks were incredible, and the sodas were refreshing.

I just enjoyed a classic fried sandwich and a chocolate shake. The sandwich was excellent and really satisfied my cravings. However, the shake, which should be a signature item, felt more like just a regular chocolate drink.
I absolutely love this unique restaurant. They keep everything running smoothly, and while they are busy, they consistently exceed our expectations. We've never had an issue with our orders!
The curly fries were excellent, and the mozzarella sticks were fantastic. The cherry turnover was amazing, and the peanut butter cookie was incredible!
The drive-thru layout is a bit odd, but the service is excellent and the food is great. I would definitely eat here again.

The food is delicious and nutritious, and unlike many other fast food chains, they aren't strict about vouchers.
New Diablo Chicken is amazing! It really has a nice spicy kick to it too!
