When I realized I had lost my wallet, I called the restaurant for assistance and was told to hold. After about ten seconds, the call disconnected. I called back, only to be informed that no wallet had been found. Frustrated, I went back to the restaurant and discovered my wallet under the table, right where I had indicated it might be. It felt rather dismissive for them to disregard my concern like that. Anyone who has misplaced a wallet understands the hassle of replacing a driver’s license and other cards. In summary, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Additionally, the parking situation was frustrating, making it difficult to navigate in and out.

Inside of my bun was burnt on my Arby 's Melt. The pop machine and bathroom both were flooded. My bro in law said his prime rib sandwich was soggy as well. I had left and realized I dropped my wallet so I called up there and was told to hold on. Afterabout 10 seconds I was disconnected. I called back and asked again and was told don 't see any wallet here I went back to therestaurant to find my wallet under the table exactly where I said it probably was. Pretty rude. Anybody that has ever lost awallet knows how much of a pain it is to recover from between the license and debit/credit/bank cards. I would not recommendthis place to eat.
This particular Arby?s is not only busy, but they train their staff right. The manager had a particularly ornery customer in drive thru that forgot to mention they had a coupon. They were very angry, but the manager de-escalated the situation withgrace and style. Honestly, I think I wouldn?t have been as nice at someone screaming at me for something that could quickly berectified. Besides that nasty behavior from an angry customer, the quality of the food was spot on. The right temperature thatlooked and tasted great. I would not hesitate going to this 10 Mile just west of Hoover location (not all Arby?s are alike).
I tried the new Wagyu Burger and really enjoyed it. The meat was thick, reminiscent of what you'd find at a backyard BBQ, and the Brioche bun was excellent. Plus, it was piled high with toppings. I asked for extra sauce, which might not have been necessary, as you'll see in the pictures! The price was also reasonable compared to other specialty sandwiches. Food was fresh. Order was accurate. They did give us someone else's order. Hence the three stars. We gave the bag back before we left the window. Had to pull up and wait for the order. I believe the dining room is now open at this location aswell. Since many restaurants are short staffed I can't expect much more.

I ordered the 4RB Classic Sandwiches, and I was really disappointed. The meat in each sandwich was old, and there were only two slices of meat in each one. This is just ridiculous! What a letdown. I will never eat there again and would recommend staying away from this place.
The food was decent, but I ran into a problem since there was no drink carrier for the four meals I had to take home to my family, which was quite inconvenient. The staff seemed rude and unfriendly. I'm not sure if I'll return to this location. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
