I very rarely write a bad review ... but the visit to this place stunned me. I went inside to pick up an order to go ... no Hello how can I help you I just got glared at .. then watched as my food went into a bag and sat there for (what seemed) like an eternity .. then I was handed the food ... I felt it and it was (at best) lukewarm, when I pointed out that I would like to have hot food .. I got a one word reply Sorry and then the lady turned around. Never ever again! That was by lengths the worst customer service I ever experienced. EDIT: Arby 's Restaurants replied with a canned 'Please fill out this form ' reply ... a very intrusive form that wants much of my personal data ... now I am e...
This particular Arby’s gives the chain a negative reputation. They frequently "forget" to turn off their "open" sign at night and tend to avoid responding to the drive-thru before their stated closing time of 11:00 PM. They should really consider updating their closing time to 10:45 PM. I arrived at 10:56 PM and waited for 5 minutes before they finally turned off the lights and announced that they were closed. The staff here seem unmotivated and inefficient.
Was very good. Very fast. Not so friendly. The food was hot and fresh fries were great! I love the fajita roll so so good. Needs to be a permanent thing on the menu! Make it happy Arby's! Can't wait for our location to open want me some Arby's got the craving haha.
I usually don't order turn overs...but the last two times I have, they've been forgotten. Seems like whatever order packing process they have could be improved upon to not forget the little things. Mostly I just wish I had my turn overs.

Seriously the CLEANEST Arby's we have EVER been in. The kids working were all helpful and respectful. I tried the new prime rib cheese steak and it was ok. Not a lot of flavor. But still amazed at the spotlessness!
Open late....er than everywhere else. Huge selection. Maybe too huge? It's good though. Chicken nuggets are like KFCs popcorn chicken from way back but a little meatier. So good.
I always have a great experience here. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and there are fantastic deals available on the app.
Not the best food, average though. Had a meal here and it was okay. The environment was super clean though.
