So who doesn't LOVE ARBY'S 1ST (mint chocolate shakes are fabulous 10 lbs of winter weight, not so much). I'm just really glad they are open through the Covid bs. I would LOVE IF THE WOULD POST COVID HOURS that are actually accurate. Not sure about here but almost everywhere I go thinks it gives them the right to close if they are slow or something. I can't complain, line moves fast, always have my order correct and if I'm smart and want to save money I get the sliders, usually the little Reubens, small curly fries and a shake. I can have it eaten before I get home and that's how I save money! I only get it for ME!
Had a buffalo chicken sandwich, which was thrown together lazy, driped with Mayo and buffalo sauce, so much that when I tried to take a bite, the chicken patty just fell out of the sandwich, the frits were also cold and undercooked, which was surprising as we were the only people in the line. It also did not help when the staff began to get an aggressive sound and became impatient to even repeat my partner, with a question that they already answered because they did not want to wait. Mostly a good place tho, the staff is usually brilliant and everyone has its off days.
I have come here since 2011-12 and very rare my order is ever wrong. If it is so, it is a little bit small, as if you get holy frits instead of cries or Cheddar on beef n Cheddar. Maybe no Arby sauce... But it's not bad at the point where I have to have bad mouth or put someone in danger by writing a bad review. To the people who say that some of the workers are rude, try your stereo down so that they hear you or maybe from your phone when you give them your money. Fast food.
Short staffed, drive through line was long, but no one was working register inside for a period of time. Had to wait nearly 5 minutes to order. Once order placed, the food came quickly, was well prepared and fresh.

We ordered from the trip Dur there was a wait, but when we get food it was perfectly cooked, without complaints only the waiting time could have been a little better.
It was beautiful! The guy at INSGESAMT station should have had a beard guard. He had a FULL beard. And no beard gaurd. It was rough. But the food was still good.
Good food, fair price with coupons, and hot and fresh. Would recommend. Large menu, many choices. Mocha Shake for a dollar, excellent. Great service.
fresh meat, friendly service and specialties that fit my budget; now they have Arby melted 2/$4; the Greek gyro is excellent if you like lamb.

Very busy, but the staff constantly checks with waiting customers. Miss the Potato Cakes. Mac and cheese were great.
Not bad, but the food never seems hot. Room temp at best.
