Well we,decided to eat here and it wasn't a very pleasant experience , we ve ate at arbys before and the service has been OK but on August 23 2020 we ordered a chicken sandwich , double roast beef and 5 chicken strips 1 . the roast beef wasn't sliced thin like it normally was my husband couldn't eat it so we fed it to the dog 2. My chicken strips were very hard and dried out I would have been OK with just one of them that way but all 5 were that way. I wished i had checked the bag before leaving only until i was home after I paid the amount of money for them those ended up in the trash they were too hard to give to the dogs so next time I guess I better check my food before leaving the resta...
My visit to this restaurant was quite unusual. When we arrived, an employee was at the register on the phone, discussing a matter that seemed more appropriate for a private area. This employee didn’t really acknowledge us, but after a few minutes, they left, and another staff member came over to take our order. We used a coupon for our meal, and I'm not sure if the sandwiches were small because of it or if the portions of roast beef have been reduced. I wish I had taken a photo because the amount of beef hardly covered the bun. I've been to this location many times before and have never experienced anything like this. It might just have been an off day, so I’ll give them another chance.
I stopped by today to pick up dinner and had a coupon for two classic roast beef sandwiches for $5. Initially, they argued with me and insisted that I needed to show the coupon. That wasn't an issue...until I got home and discovered I received beef 'n cheddar sandwiches instead. No thanks! I also had a coupon for five sliders for $5, but the chicken on the sliders was extremely small. Definitely not worth it. My advice: go to any other Arby's except the one in West Columbia.
Then, on Friday, July 15, 2022, I tried the new Arby's Orange Cream Shake, and it tasted like pure sherbet ice cream bliss.

I ordered the turkey bacon and ranch, but it was just some turkey bacon served with a jar of mayonnaise. I really dislike mayonnaise. This was the worst $12 I've ever spent. Don’t you realize that ranch is supposed to be part of the dish?
I went 2 times and our roast beef sandwiches were burned, but I talked with a really nice manager and I told her I would be back and she gave me the next 5 for free! I will be back soon! Great food and good service
I've always found the service to be quick, and the lines are rarely too long. I think this restaurant is underrated. Occasionally, my sandwich comes out a bit messy, but overall, it's been quite good!

This Arby's is always good. We lived in Vegas and only would get 3 slices of beef on our sandwiches. Here we get the half pounder and it at least that much. Fast service and friendly people.
My fish was so old and greasy it was unacceptable and not fit for consuming or digesting. The bun is full of grease. I was really disappointed. I will be taking this back tomorrow.
