The manager at Arby's is snippy with ppl. Call on phone about food not being right or to ask a price on something and she has an attitude every time. Then ..on top of that, she automatically hangs up on ppl after talking snotty. Wow. Any other Arby's are friendly. It's mgr Kate or Kaitlyn (whichever she goes by)that I'm speaking of. This has been ongoing. I decided to finally say something. They lost our service. Also the curly fries suck. Too greasy. They are perfect at other Arby's. Troy Arby's sucks. Went back one last time thinking maybe improvements were made... wrongful thinking. It was even worse just today. As for fries you just get crunchy stuff and possibly 2 fries in a carton only...
My parents came here today and they were the worst sandwiches they have every had. When my dad called and let them know how unsatisfied he was and that they lost a customer. The manager said oh well its best that way .. are you kidding me? I ain 't eat there and I 'll let all my family members know not to either. The manager needs training on how to handle customer.
Food was all right. Waited forever through the drive-thru to get the food and when I got home was the wrong food. I ordered two regular roast beef and a turkey sandwich got the turkey, but the two regular roast beefs weren't there. Had some cheesy roast beef instead that I didn't order.
I wish there were a way to know for sure when they’re actually open during their posted business hours. For instance, I stopped by at noon, but they were closed. As a result, I've been spending a lot more of my Arby's budget at Wendy's.

I've only visited this restaurant twice, but both times I ordered the turkey from the market fresh menu, and it was either half frozen or thawed out to the point where it soaked through the bread.
Location is a tad slow way to worried about drive thru, food was cold when we ate inside. Drive thru slow too.
Forgot one of my sandwiches but I didn't realize until I had gotten home and started distributing the food.
Very disappointed that they are not selling potato cakes but crinkle fries and Mocha shake was amazing.
