I wouldn't know about the food. Drove 6 extra miles to get the Arby's coz I wanted fish. Stood at the counter, to read the menu coz you don't make it easy to read from 30 feet back. Anyway at about 7:50 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 Cashier Layken (sp? completely ignored me and took the order of the lady behind me, like I didn't exist. I am not large, but I am not a small person. I felt discriminated.
I had an unpleasant experience at this place. The wait time was excessive, despite a minimal crowd. The customer service was lacking as I had to remind them thrice to take my order. Even when they finally did, the cashier charged me $13 for the 2 for $7 Classic Beef Cheddar, insisting I ordered something else. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options. ?
I was SO IMPRESSED with this restaurant today, Raven working the drive thru was so patient and recommended things for me! And they were SO FAST!! By the time I was finished paying my $40 worth of food was coming out! Will definitely be returning!!
This restaurant has a terrible manager. My family and I stop here once a month on our way to and from Texas. She is always rude and disrespectful to both drive-thru customers and employees. The food is subpar compared to other Arby's locations. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Christi seems to be new at this Arby's, but she is putting in a lot of effort which is what counts. The service is fast and she is attentive to the customers. I often visit this Arby's when I'm traveling and I will definitely come back.
This restaurant is always my go-to pit stop on my drive from Houston to Lafayette. Whether it's 2am or 2pm, the service is consistently excellent. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.
