Placement order in the drive-thru, got to the window and waited, waited and waited longer until we were notified that it would be right with us. Over hearing dude drive through window, the manager yelling for the employees to shut up, the system's down, figure it out don't do this don't do that. Finally we pay for our food, and received cold fries. I asked her first one and they said I have to wait 10 minutes! I know if I'm the manager I thought it was actually insane to pack our bags before we paid and she really does not need to be yelling at the employees like that. She made a rude comment back but I drove off so I cannot hear exactly what it was! Employees should never be disrespected or...
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I have been a regular customer for the past month, but two weeks ago I walked in and was told that their system was down. Tonight, I ordered through Doordash and received a turkey sandwich with speck, salad, jalapeño, and cheese - but where was the main course? I tried calling the restaurant five times with no answer. It seems like either someone has been fired or there is a new inexperienced crew working there. This has been my first bad experience since late February, and looking at the recent reviews, it seems like I am not the only one feeling this way.
I came here and expected a good experience, I was wrong. I ordered a clubpack and a double reuben meal. I only got the package (full meal) but not the double reuben only got the frit and drink) and this is the only reason I came there at all. the drive was long and the customer service sucked. I live on the other side of the city, so I tried to call, but no one cares to answer the phone..I will never eat again at arby! thank you for taking my money and dropping to fulfill my order. smh the pack is not all that anyway
Horrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich but they forgot to include my fries. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care. The bread on the sandwich was hard and there was barely any chicken salad in it.

Hadn't been there in a while and was quite surprised. Gteat selection. The roast beef, Reuben, fish sandwiches, gyros and jamocha shake are the answers. Prices are reasonable and it beats McDonald's and Burger King if you need a break from hamburgers.
Beware, the Security Blvd location has the slowest drive thru ever! No nickels or pennies! Awful customer service, if you don't have change perhaps you might mentioned that at the time of order so the customer can pay with a card!! NEVER AGAIN!
Stuck in drive through for over 20 minutes to wait for someone to say “give me one sec” and disappear for 5 minutes. This is no drive through. This is ridiculous.
If you like a good sandwich, you'll love Arby's. I recommend their corned beef Reubens. Their shakes are terrific! The drive-thru line moves quickly.

It has been years since I last had Arby's roast beef and I am still not a fan of it. However, I must say that the service at the drive-thru was good.
Had not been to am Arby's since they closed their Eldersburg/Sykesville location. It was nice to get a good day food roast beef sandwich again.
