It’s just alright. It’s your typical Arby’s, but the drive-thru window is unappealing. They really need to rent a power washer and give it a good clean because it’s off-putting to approach a window that looks like a dumpster. It really takes away from the experience of picking up your food.
I give the workers here top marks. Food was fast and fresh. The crinkle fries were hot, crispy, and awesome. I think the ownership needs to step up a bit. There are lots of maintenance issues here. Won't go into them, but that's what took away fromthe lunch experience.
The employee at the drive-thru appeared to be upset with us for placing our order and had a poor attitude toward us and our two meal choices. We ordered our food at just 7:20 PM. Come on, Arby's, you can do better!
I just left the drive-thru at 1:18, and the lady working there was incredibly rude. She didn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me to pull forward. She really needs to work on her attitude. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
After sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes I drove off to see the cashier in the drive through filing her finger nails. This location seems to be more concerned with themselves than customers.
The lady who took my order and payment wearing the eye patch is extremely rude and unprofessional.... Even though arbys doesn't care I will never return to this location!!!
Food is good, service is usually good, too. If there?s a delay in filling your order, the staff will alert you and apologize.
