SHOCKING!! I ordered the Fish and Cheddar and received a piece of fish that was ice cold, accompanied by what they claimed was lettuce, but it looked more like strings of something else. I took it back to the restaurant to have it remade. While waiting, the staff at the counter kept dropping the chocolate sauce on the floor and then using it without cleaning it off. The girls claimed my fries had just come out of the fryer, but they were cold enough to hold. If the Norwood Board of Health permits this establishment to remain open, I seriously question their professional standards.
The restaurant was a bit busy, but I decided to go in and relax for a bit, and it turned out to be a nice experience. The staff were friendly and enjoyable to be around. After a while, I ordered my double roast beef and carried on with my day.
The staff is doing their best. There are typically only a couple of younger employees on shift at a time, so the food may take a little while to arrive, but they're always busy and working hard. Please be patient with them.
I ordered a double bnc and a four piece mozzarella sticks. What I got was a regular bnc and three mozzarella sticks. It was not a busy night, and I was the only driver in line. The service at this location has gone down.

Unique Fast Food. The Reuben Sandwich and cherry turnover with icing are standout items that you won't find at every place. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the lack of freestyle soda fountains.
Worse service ever going thru the drive thru, took over 15 minutes, they were not even busy, also, they don't know how to ring an order correctly
Lunch at this restaurant is amazing. I highly recommend trying the delicious and excellent potato cake.
Paid for fries, didn’t get them. Fish wash room temp. At least the beef was good.
