Worst culinary experience of the year! Don't go! On the map the foie gras is served more than almost warm. Snacked gambas barely swim in one in a mixture of vegetables and purée that resembles more pudding than anything else .... On the even worse menu: the coriander and coconut shrimp cevice must look for it? Probably... zero taste. Cold ice limit or frozen white shrimp I suppose, nor insipid cream is eatable ... The apotheosis remains the espadon bisque sauce of ...vase ...c is the taste that it has ..at the limit of disgust. The ultra salted espadon without any taste... if the water to hide and the lack of freshness since either saying it is not frozen I have asked the server ...difficult...
A place on a beautiful view of Arcachon but unfortunately this is the biggest highlight of this restaurant. Very disappointed by the entrance that suggested something more worked (shrimp vine) but which unfortunately was very rude and without too much flavor. The swordfish dish that followed did not keep its promises with much too salty accompaniment. A much too expensive menu for the quality of what is served. I thank our waitress who was very pleasant.

When you know the mediocrity of poitiers restaurants, you are very happy to get a getaway to people who know what gastronomy, setting and service mean. Arcachon 1900 married these three elements. Have a family meal. It was so good that I didn't think of taking pictures. Besides, my dog, he didn't stop bothering me.
Restaurant chosen because too many people. We understood why the price and we don't regret it. At least you're sure you're well eaten. Certe a slice of foie gras in addition would be the good come and the dish had full of flavor but poorly presented. Great reception, the team is very helpful.

Very good experience in 1900 , pool view , very friendly staff and especially a big hat stroke to the very nice waitress and very professional who took care of us from beginning to end.
