We had the tasting menu which was absolutely delicious! The service was truly perfect, everyone was beyond nice helpful, and rare in St Tropez not trying to get us to take the most expensive items on the menu or to ask us for extra tips! The waiter from Lyon wax very professional, explained the menu throughly answered all our questions. Not forgetting to mention the iconic setting of the restaurant at the Byblos! We will definitely come back!
We waited 30 minutes for having our order taken, then 30 minutes for getting the starters and then no waiters around, so another 40 min for the main course. In the heat with a lot of kids diving in the pool and screaming is a little bit too much for us. The food was average apart from the Calamard/squid which had a good taste, but really nothing exceptional for this price. Sorry, i love this place and i hope that this will improve very soon.
Disappointing compared to what we ate two years ago at this place. I cannot classify this restaurant as a gourmet one or a casual one as the a la carte menu doesn't offer you too much chances of avoiding some of the ingredients which are almost in every dish, like the goat cheese that i do not like. Anyway, too expensive for what you can expect at this price. A positive point, the atmosphere is perfect, of course this is the Byblos.
First try, very good, a family affair where everyone is charming, so transformed test , this will be our headquarters every vacation in St Tropez. The pizzas and dough are excellent. Hmmm yum : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Je suis content ta que je passe les vacances à hôtel Byblos c'est incroyable manifique. Franchement j'ai adoré boucoup cette hôtel.
Very tasty pizzas! They're better than the Pizzeria Tropiziana in the city center. And also very good service and nice people.
Merci au Byblos pour son accueil et d'avoir très gentiment fais attention à notre auto durant le Paradis Porsche 2017.
