Archie and Kirk is not quite as hipster as the rest of your Marrickville cafes, but is in my opinion a hidden gem. The menu is clearly put together by a chef who know how to combine flavours, and if you turn up after the kitchen has closed, their daily baked pies with home made chilli jam are worth a punt. I recommend the soba noodle, chicken and pumpkin with a white miso glaze delicious and not too heavy. I have never had a bad experice with Archie and Kirk!!Every single time my work colleagues and I hit up A&K for our coffees, sweet treats or lunches.. it is always mouth orgasmic. Best coffees in Marrickville by far, and their desserts and pastries are not only visually beautiful, they are so unbelievably delicious it hurts.
sweeter and happy coffee with an honest, smiling and attentive service that all multi-tasking of the place, they ensure that they are happy and with what they received pastry reflect the personality of the place with cloby and tasty sweet without imagination
Very happy with Archie and Kirk, clean, professional and fast. Great coffee and good food. Pleased to find a new coffee shop near to work that sells food, as my local has decided to close their kitchen ?! and replace it with a pizza oven! Stupid.
Finally happy to commit to a decent coffee shop in Marrickville (Sorry Enmore) The fit-out is simple however the coffee truly delivers! I'm a part time barista and always on the hunt for great coffee. I've happily called this my local crib.

Mid afternoon walk-by and the operator was out the side having a smoke. I just wanted a snack so I got the ginger crunch slice to try. It was nice. The ginger part was an odd texture. Much pefer a few other cafes ginger themed sweets.
