Well presented restaurant serving a good range of Venezuelan food and beers. I had a cachapa really good, tequenos so so, and my wife had an arepa the signature dish of the venue. Very average, which could be forgiven but the staff were so rude it just ruined it for us. Laughing with their friends and stonily dismissive with the customers, when they noticed them at all. Very poor service, and they weren't even busy. Our drinks never arrived, but we'd had enough by then. I don't usually bother to write negative reviews, but this was exceptionally disappointing as we were really looking forward to this place. Bilboa is a welcoming town, so we finished our evening elsewhere.

the first time we go to a Venezuelan restaurant and the truth is that we were very happy. very rich food, we taste different arepas, empanadas (especially delicious) and a bit of smoothing. all very good, plus the price quite reasonable. staff attention was also very good. It is appreciated that there were several vegetarian options on the menu. Repeat!
Fuimos un grupo a cenar y probamos dos platos principales y una arepa para cada uno. El personal nos recomendó en función de nuestros gustos. Cantidad perfecta, buen precio y todo riquísimo. Los batidos muy ricos, siguiendo el consejo del camarero. Sitio muy recomendable para probar nuevas comidas.

While staying in Barakaldo for a couple of weeks, we stopped in the little restaurant several times and food was very good and reasonably priced.
