Had the best Valentine’s Day dinner here. The chocolate brioche bread was delicious. We also received a complimentary cauliflower soup shooter which had excellent flavor. For appetizers we got the yellowtail tartare, which was fresh, and potato and blue cheese flatbread with bacon and onion, which was well balanced. For dinner, I got the scallops with green onion risotto and my fiancé got the short rib. We both cleaned our plates, which is rare for me. In addition to this wonderful meal was equally wonderful service. Our server was so personable and made some much appreciated recommendations as first timers. Will definitely be eating here again!
Excellent from start to finish. I really can't say enough in praise of this restaurant. The food was exquisite and the service was terrific. When the final bill came, I was actually pleasantly surprised and felt that we'd received great value for our dining dollars. My only critique is that I think they could do more to highlight their non-alcoholic cocktails. I had to ask the server whether they offer any because they did not appear on the menu. I ended up with one that was interesting and satisfying. So I would suggest that the restaurant consider developing and highlighting these options more prominently
We were sat late for our 7pm reservation (7:20), which I thought was not great, especially since they have a pretty strict dining policy. Once sat, our server did also take a while to even come to the table. Once we finally ordered, our first course came fairly quickly but the entree took a really long time! They seemed really busy, but for a place that's that hard to even get a reservation at, I would appreciate more prompt seating and service. What's the point of a reservation if you're still having to wait 20 minutes standing at the bar?!?
I loved my experience at Arethusa! It was charming, wonderful, wonderful food and great service. It was everything I was hoping it would be. . fresh, organic food, creatively arranged with flavors that complemented each other. The food was perfectly cooked and arranged beautifully. I've eaten in many high end and Michelin starred restaurants and this was in the top 2 or 3 of my most enjoyable and warmly casual. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Amazing service. Great cocktails and wine list. Starters were on point with a broad selection. Entree/main course selections more limited, fish forward. Duck dish was overly sweet, and halibut was lukewarm. Would return and enjoy more starters and skip the entree.
Outstanding meal, unique and creative menu, service excellent! Next time in the area will definitely return! Oh the ice cream was creamy and delicious!!!
