Shop at Argonauts frequently. Recently I went in to purchase a pint of rum, which I did. Rather than get a bag I just put it in my back pocket. I then asked for the bathroom which Argonaut staff will kindly let u use if possible. On my way out some guy who worked there reached into my back pocket and pulled out my bottle as if I was stealing it. The cashier I had purchased it from was near by told this guy 'That 's his. ' I good- naturedly let it go. The next day (today) I was thinking abt it, I wondered isn 't normal procedure to ASK someone if they had purchased something OR ask if they would like help purchasing something. We used Argonauts for our wedding alcohol vendor, and they were so great to work with. Virginia was super responsive and helpful and found us wine that was tasty and very affordable. We ended up using only about half of what we bought and they were able to give us a very good refund on what we were returning. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with and response times were very prompt.
Got accused of stealing because I bought alcohol for another liquor store and didn’t apologize and kicked me out, then when I called the same guy that kicked me out, hung up the phone on me with the glasses
