Argosy Casino Alton

Unfortunately we went to the Riverside Grill for dinner. It is a poorly managed restaurant. Tables were dirty. Staff just didn't seem to care at all. My salad was given to the table next to me who literally just sat down. So when my overcooked steak came my salad arrived at the same time. While the guy at the table next to me finished my salad just in time for my steak to arrive. Overall a very miserable experience. They really need to get their act together.

I actually love the fact that it was on a boat....decent customer service...the pay verily as any other casino ofcourse...I was more fond by the scenery around it on the outside more then the casino it self but it was a gud experience...

Always clean. Calm atmosphere. Fun slots and games. **** Mary's 6/10 but definitely enjoyable. Affordable drink prices.
