My wife and I came here for our anniversary expecting a romantic evening and fine dining experience. We had a reservation and even arrived 5 minutes early, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the lounge before getting to our table. Annoying considering we had limited time out and a sitter at home. What's the point of a reservation if we're going to wait so long? When we finally sat down, the main dining room was one big open area, like a large living room. At Aria, you are in for a treat! A hidden gem with the entrance unmarked at the back of a building, though the words Aria do adorn the front of the building. Diner, beware, you are in for one of the most incredible experiences. We dined for over 3 hours with the five courses perfectly timed. Our waiter was always attentive. Very blend food! We ordered the the lobster to start with and that literally had no taste as well a very small portion. We also did bread service and the bread tasted like it had been sitting. It was not fresh tasting. My entree “the herb crusted lemon sole” was decent but only because I dipped the fish in the sauce the crabcake that I ordered came with. The crab cake was pretty good. The hubs took me here for by birthday. The server were great and very attentive. Atmosphere was romantic and the food was delicious. We both had the taste menu and paired it with some wine. Couldn’t ask for a better place then here to celebrate a romantic birthday dinner.
Great food, exceptional menu and excellent service providing for a great experience. Highly recommend you go with what you recognize because it will be prepared well and follow a recommendation or two of the server. Very elegant restaurant but not stuffy.
