It took some time to get the attention of the waiters, who were friendly but seemed hurried. The food was flavorful, but the sashimi was disappointingly oversized. It required three large bites to finish each piece, which goes against the bite-sized tradition of Japanese cuisine. Additionally, the fish wasn't the best quality. It might be better to stick to sushi if dining at this restaurant.
We were a group of 8. Seating was a bit tight, but the food... Excellent sushi! Attractive. Highly recommend the Dragon Roll, Snow White Roll and the Hot Mess. The Hot Mess is to DIE for! Coming from Montreal where there are aome extraordinary sushi places, I was impressed.Vegetarian options: Some excellent vegetarian options.
The place is not really nice (quite dark and not cozy) but the service is…and the food is cheap. The ones we liked the most were the “basic” or “traditional”… the sophisticated ones were quite weird. Something good is that I saw them prepraring many “take away” orders… that’s a sign that local people like the place!!
I found the chicken teriyaki to be lacking flavor and the rice was dry and crunchy. It used to be my favorite dish. The sushi roll I ordered had a burnt taste to it. My wife mentioned that the last time she dined there, the food was also subpar. Perhaps there are new chefs in the kitchen since the menu was updated.

Made a reservation as it was Sunday long weekend. We really enjoyed our meal. Large portions. I had rocky mountain roll and rock n roll. A little hot as described but very tasty. I would recommend.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The parking lot was easily accessible! ???????????????????
Food was great and the portion was generous. Nice to have Asahi beer with the delicious sushi dinner. Love it.
