What’s the point of a reservation if it’s not honored? Had a 730pm reservation for 4 people, didn’t get seated until 830pm. Then another 30 minutes at the table waiting for the chef to come out. I understand it’s a busy place, but don’t bother planning a reservation. There were multiple other people complaining about the same thing.. this place also added an automatic 18% gratuity Just on our party of 4 and didn’t point it out to us, so be careful not to double tip. Food was good like a standard hibachi, but much more overpriced. Won’t be going back to this one.
I went to Arirang for my sister’s birthday if you can request a server and a chef definitely go with Anna and yoga! They were such an amazing team and definitely made our experience wonderful! Overall the servers were all amazing and the host Barb was super friendly and amazing as always!
Morgan is the best waitress! This is our first time here. She told us about loyalty rewards and explained the menus to us. The bar is beautiful and the restaurant is very clean! We will be back. Keep it up!

We always come to Arirang to celebrate special occasions. We were just there for my son's birthday and had a great time. Food was amazing, our server Zabrina was so attentive! Highly recommend.
