Der Arkadenhof selbst ist ein Restaurant mit Stil und Geschmack der Oberschicht in Linz, und zwar in den Arkaden – daher der Name. Insofern logisch und es verfügt über eine riesige Außenterrasse im mediterranen Flair. nur die Plastikblumen auf dem Tisch - na ja. Wir hatten im Internet eine Werbung gesehen: BBQ-Steak-Abende! 14.07. Steaks und Meeresfrüchte wie Hummer, Jakobsmuschelen usw. Erstens: Grillen ist noch kein Grillen. aber das ist halb so schlimm, wird in ganz Europa oft in ein und denselben Topf geworfen. aber: wir hatten für 20:00 reserviert und waren pünktlich und haben weder Hummer noch Jakobsmuschelen bekommen. es war alles vorbei. great service, excellent kitchen and super atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for and found. I especially have to praise a waitress - the names I unfortunately don't know, was a short-haired blonde - on her recommended we ordered as an appetizer spa gel cream soup, beef tartar and a fritatten soup. tastefully it was very good, the soup was a little too thick and the beef tartar too rough, but it did not bother us. as main dishes ordered asparagus-cordonbleu, a chicken carving and kasnockerl. the foods were great dressed and tasty, but the salad was too sour and inedible. to the complaint was immediately reacted, we ordered an salat without dressing and get as soon as possible. the f...

Ich war mit meiner Frau wieder im Arkadenhof und wir haben beide die gebratenen Eiernägel auf Blattsalat gegessen. Da ich oft Eiersüß esse, ist mir bewusst, dass es manchmal zwischen den Zähnen knackt. Im Arkadenhof werden die Schwalben allerdings offensichtlich nicht gewaschen, weil sich Sand oder Erde im Maul befand. es ist bei jedem Bissen gekrochen. untauglich! Wir haben uns beschwert und wollen das gleiche Essen noch einmal probieren, aber die bemühte Kellnerin kam aus der Küche mit der Info zurück, dass es nur die Schwalbe gibt! unglaublich, diese Aussage. Wie gut ist der Rest des Salats gewaschen? Diese überteuerte Kneipe sehen wir sicher nicht mehr.

The restaurant is located in the middle of a shopping mall. Service was very nice. We did not reserve a table and arrived with a relatively big group of 8 persons. It was not a problem. If you have the linz tourist cart, you can have a 5 euro discount. At first they did not know that they are participating at this sort of advertisement. But after a short chat with the manager of the restaurant, it was no problem at all. The food tasted delicious.

arkadenhof has a beautiful terase that is shadowing during the midday break and beautiful place for a quiet lunch, service fast, prices medium, quality very good
