I put in an order on he phone for pick up. The man on the phone was rude and condescending. When I asked what sauce was available. He said oh my god exasperated! When I picked up my order I asked to speak to the owner about the rude person that took my order. I found out he was the person I spoke to. I was shocked. I told him I was an unhappy customer, and probably would not be back, he said, whatever, do you what you want ! Incredibly unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and order from some where else if you want a pizza. I 'm never going back again!

It's disheartening to see such behavior from staff members serving food. My mom then tried to speak to the woman at the front desk, mentioning her long history as a customer, but the response was, "Well, I don’t know you." Because of this experience, Arlington Pizza has lost a lot of customers, as all of my friends and family have decided to stop ordering from there. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I always loved the subs. I had a bad experience once with too much oil and vinegar. I thought I would give them a second chance. I got an Italian sub and told them light oil and vinegar. Sub was awful. Roll was so soggy with oil and vinegar. Prices went up too. Will go somewhere else for a good Italian sub! Verydisappointing !

We just started ordering here for the office and have only used delivery. The pizza was great and the dinners were wonderful. The delivery people have been courteous and friendly. So far so good!
I ordered food for delivery and tried the zuppa de pesce. After just one bite, I had to throw it away. The food was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was a disappointment.
Food was good but there was an incident between a customer and staff member that left a bad taste in my mouth. Could have been handled better I think.
This place is so rude and nasty and greed, don't waste ya time or money felt sick after eating a slice.

My experience was truly unpleasant. While the price was reasonable, the pizza was terrible.
Really good slice , it had a nice crunch on the bottom . definitely getting a pie next time
