I've visited places like Burswood Hotel, Hyatt, and Scarborough Hotel, and their service is far friendlier and more professional. They’re also more accommodating if you're a few minutes late. Overall, the experience here felt like a waste of money, as the food did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. The staff could benefit from treating all guests, regardless of their background, with respect. After all, we paid for our stay and deserve to be treated as valued customers.
We love this place! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. The service is second to none and breakfast was cooked fresh to order. We would recommend this bed and breakfast establishment to everyone!
