I?m a truck driver. Parked at the truck stop 200 yards up the road. Looked at the menu posted from a year ago. Saw some subs for $9.00, looked good, placed the order for delivery since I didn?t want to leave the truck unattended. 2 subs. I figure $20with tax. They won?t bring the food to the truck, which I get for safety reasons. So I walk across the lot, get handed a billfor $30. I know the poor girl delivering doesn?t set the prices so I tipped her $5.00. Then I had to ask. How did theprice go up $10? You can tell she was embarrassed. I guess subs went up $1.00 each, fine. Business must be booming, $1.00credit card fee, $4.00 delivery fee and $3.00 because they put the tip in automatically...
Well, a year ago I wrote a review praising their vodka martinis (and the food) but now I have to take it back about the martinis. The food is still good. Whereas before, they filled the glass to the top and it was solid booze, now the martinis are 3/4 of the glass and weak. Don 't even get a buzz now and I am a cheap date. I assume the price is the same. What a disappointment since when I go out for dinner, I so look forward to a nice martini. The French fries are still great and the calzones and everything else. Just sad that the drinks have gone downhill.
We returned once again to Armettas, our favorite spot for pizza, pasta, clams, and drinks! My husband absolutely loves this restaurant. The service is consistently excellent—staff members are always attentive and friendly. They’re currently renovating the lower dining area due to a recent flood, but the upstairs is very nice. I can’t wait to see the new dining space! If you haven’t tried the pizza yet, you definitely should; you’re going to love it!
We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of wings. Was charged $51.40. They do not give a receipt as to what everything costs. According to their menu the pizza was 14.95 for pizza plus $2.00 for the pepperoni and wings were $11.00 each. Total$38.00. How did it come to 51.40? Even with tax included. The service is quite disorganized and feels like it's running on a whim. There's only one person at the register handling seating, phone orders, and pickups, which makes things hectic. While the kitchen staff seems organized and efficient, the front of the house is quite chaotic. The food, however, is some of the best you can find in the area, so it’s worth a try!
I live less than 3 miles away and waited 2 hours for Burnt cold pizza that was wildy over priced. As a response I got we could deliver another to your Campsite ? First its a house on private lake. Secondly your solution would be to wait another two hoursfor a pizza ?
Good food, generous portions, cold beer, great staff. What not to like? No sitting at the bar but I?m not knocking a star off for that. I had a great meal and enjoyed a few beers. Mackenzi waited on me and did a great job!

Very good pizza, square or round. Fresh grilled chicken salad, not iceberg lettuce but a spring mix which was a pleasant surprise.
