Popped into the shop on the harbour in the old town. In my broken Spanish I asked the lady behind the counter what one flavour was and she said she didn’t understand. When I politely asked if she spoke English, she replied with a barrage of abuse that would we expect all Spanish to speak English when in the Uk. Best of it was her English was perfect. Not a nice lady and clearly does not own the business because she wouldn’t speak to customers like this if she did.
los mejores helados y sorbetes de la ciudad hechos a mano durante todo el proceso. utilizan como base de leche fresca, del día, de igeldo y que se observa en elsabor y en la textura. muchos sabores, destacarían el café, la vainilla, la cereza con pasas, púrpura, limón, etc. también crêpes, gofres, churros. No te pierdas el tiramisú, si hay algo que volar. Muy buen trato.
Una de las cosas que más me ha sorprendido en San Sebastián y es la cantidad de heladerías que hay. Arnoldo Heladería es una de ellas. Situada en el puerto la convierte en un lugar de obligada visita para el turismo. Helados fantásticos, café, gofres... De servicio rápido y amable. Grandes helados y buen precio.

Fuimos tras ver las opiniones en google y no nos ha defraudado. Los gofres son caseros y están muy buenos. La cantidad de nutella genial también. 3.5€ nos costó así que perfectos, muy amables!!
Very high quality and tasty ice cream. We ve had ice cream at the best places in Italy and Arnoldo's is just as good. Don't leave San Sebastian without trying their ice cream
¡Les agradezco todos los días que hay un arnoldo a menos de 50 metros de nuestra escuela/club, es la mejor manera de terminar una sup! sal del agua y ve a por un helado!
