I tried this Aroma Joe's location as part of a Yelp Elite Perk and got so carried away writing more reviews on my phone while I was enjoying my goodies that I ordered more items on my own dime. Here, in addition to coffee and tea drinks, they have smoothies and a small selection of baked goods and hot breakfast sandwiches. Everything is served super fast whether smoothies or the breakfast fare yet it all feels slightly better and real tasting than, say, a certain large coffee chain with a mermaid logo. The coffee here is consistently good and fresh, with a fantastic selection of flavored syrups, including sugar-free options and non-dairy milk alternatives. The range of teas and other beverages is impressive as well. They offer made-to-order items like soft pretzels. You simply pull up and place your order, so there are no speakers to deal with. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
I visited the Swansea location on September 26, 2022, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from a young lady with short curly hair. She was incredibly welcoming, polite, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about your products. Her positive attitude made me eager to return even before I tried the delicious Beach Bum energy drink. She truly represents your company very well.
Stopped coming here a while ago as their entire staff changed and they couldn't get the basics right. Got a gift card so I figured I would try again. Ordered a wicked mudslide latte with oat milk and they gave me a plain iced coffee with oat milk. No flavor, no chocolate. Thanks for wasting my time again. At least I didn't pay for it.

I'm not a huge fan of their coffee because alot of their stuff is very sweet, I have to be in the mood for it. That being said, it's still better than Dunkin and the staff is way friendlier. They have house made energy drinks that are really good. Idon't really like the food, it's about the same quality as normal chain food.

Coffee is always good and fresh; great variety of flavor shots including sugar free as well as non- dairy milks. Teas and other beverages diverse. They also serve soft pretzels and other items made to order. No speakers as you just pull up and order. Staffis friendly, helpful and accomodating.
The parking layout is exceptional, making it easy to navigate both parking and the drive-thru. Additionally, the pavement is in great condition, without any cracks or potholes, which is quite rare for businesses in this area.
