Second time I’ve been here and second time I’ve been disappointed. Got there for my 5:30 reservation, made eye contact with bartender multiple times before the rest of my party showed up…….nothing. When he showed up bartender came to table for order. All was good. Appetizers came, very good figs fondue). Was ready for another glass of wine, but unfortunately bartender was too busy on his phone see picture below) . Got our pasta entrees, but no bread. Seriously?! Had to go up to bar and wait to ask for something that should have come with our $25+ entrees. And then he brings four pieces of thinly sliced bread. Make sure you come in looking like you have money or you might get a similar experi...
Went for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately was very underwhelmed. They did disclose that they were running short staffed, so I suppose poor service should have been expected. I'd recommend ordering drinks two at a time because you may never see your server again. Water glasses were left empty for far too long. The place seemed old and stuffy in general, which was very sad as I felt it had a ton of potential. The music was not worth the extra paid to sit near the music. Oh... and the creepy two door men's room that you could only lock one door on..... Last but not least, the food was lacking. I was definitely hopeful of more flavor but alas, seriously lacking.
This is a hidden gem and never disappoints; great for a date night! The decor is fun, inviting, and warm! The only drawback is, it can be hard to find a parking spot, but once you do land one, you are golden and believe me the food will be worth the effort. They also have live jazz music on most nights, so it can get a little loud in some areas for dining. They have a nice bar area, but don 't go looking for any happy hour specials. Great appetizers and portion sizes are more than adequate. If you like great Italian food, give it a try! They are only open for dinner and I would highly suggest reservations for weekend dining. One of our favorite date nights. These bartenders really know wines! Delicious Italian dishes, I have never been disappointed with anything on the menu. Live music every night, sometimes there is a cover depending on artist and what time you arrive. Recommend making a reservation every time. The bacon wrapped figs, artichoke dip, chicken carbonara, shrimp scampi and cheese ravioli are our favorites! Great food and great music! We checked out Arrivederci for a much needed date night. We both love Italian food, and are big live jazz fans as well. Pretty good Italian menu with many pizza and pasta options...HUGE wine menu, which of course is to be expected at a place with wine in the name. The food was superb, and we sat right up near the live band. Will absolutely go again, hopefully on a more regular basis as the prices were very reasonable as well.
The food was good but the service was terrible. I waited 2 hours to get my food. They brought out my entire parties food and they were done eating before I got my food and when I asked where my dinner was they finally brought my food out and it was cold. They mixed up drinks and served warm beer and the waitress was annoyed when my party asked for refills on water. They never checked on us to see if we needed anything. I would not recommend this place.
We had to cruise the parking areas a bit to find the place amongst all of the surrounding businesses as it was our first time in the area. The food, atmosphere, and music were all excellent. There is a full bar and staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there, and our service was the best we've had in quite a while. Rhianna and the rest all took very good care of us. We live about an hour and a half away but will definitely be back.
We were forgotten on the patio and it took forever to get just a drink order in. I'd prefer not to be by the loud piano though. If they were actually playing jazz it might be more enjoyable but it's just popular songs played on the piano with someone singing.
