It seems this place is crazily popular for its daily menu ! Wherreas the other places around hardly had few customers, Casa Rafa was packed full and customers even queing for a seat.... The daily menu is copious and has an all-in formula. Food could have been more tasty, lacked some seasoning to me, but was quality/quantity/price it is quite amazing. Service is speedy.
I love it! is a place with an excellent location, they are very fast in the service and the food is very good! the only bad thing is that we were especially for so tellinas, that I love, and they did not want to offer us for not being season. I know that speaks very well of them, because they only offer quality products to customers, but I was a bit disappointed.
Right on the beach, this place has great views. Even better though is the service! When asked what best represented the place, the waiter did not pick the most expensive but rather something really tasty which we saw him eating himself later. Nice!

We ask for paella and black rice, very good! super majos the waiters. Admit dogs and gave us a menu for dogs too! enchanted the menu is a bit expensive 18€ on the weekend, but considering that it is on the front line of the beach is fine.
I thought with the change of owner the thing wasn't going to be the same, I was wrong. a very cordial and polite man, the same quality of the food and all very good. recommended 100%. So give it drops!
We went on Sunday 4 to eat the saplaya of the port and came for lunch. the menu per person at very good price; very complete. and excellent attention. I recommend it super!
