We arrived and the restaraunt only had a few full tables inside. We waited almost 15min before asking a waitress if she could get our waitress. She replied with I might be your waitress, I can be your waitress. Very strange. Takes out drink order. I then realize my party and I have two different menus after deciding what we wanted. We asked someone else because we did not see our waitress for some period of time again and girl apologized but switched out menu that had significantly less stuff on that menu. We finally ordered and my mother simply asked if the fish and chips was haddock and the waitress did not u sweat and the question because she thought all fish and chips was the same. Final...
We decided to take advantage of their free pizza WATD coupon and give hem a try for a late lunch. The pizza was good and we were pleased with our server! We weren 't impressed with the fish 'n chip lunch special. Battered fish that was rather greasy and not a fish that we would order again. Also, the coleslaw was very bland. However, we will probably go back to give the app cheeseburger chips a try ? i can 't find the menu readily available online to confirm if that what it 's called but it did look good and turned heads! . Bottom line: I will probably visit Arrow again, but there are many places that might be ahead of them. I will keep them in mind for take out pizza.
The menu itself was well-suited to what we were looking for, particularly the burgers, which we enjoyed. The potato chips served at the table were a lovely touch, and we appreciated those.
However, the decor—walls, floors, tables, and seating—was distracting and poorly designed. It felt cheap, unattractive, and unpleasant rather than lively and fun.
While we won’t be returning, I can see how this restaurant might be a suitable option for families looking to feed a crowd after a sports event.
We had our choice of outside tables and the staff was extremely accommodating when we had five unexpected vistors half way through our meal. They were quick to pull together another table so we could all sit together! The food was delicious, but one pizza came out significantly later than the rest of our meals...by the time my friends pizza had come to the table, he was mostly full from snacking off of other people's plates! Overall the experience was good!

The service was excellent—very friendly staff. We visited in the winter and sat indoors, but I found the decor a bit confusing. Despite that, I plan to return in the summer because the outdoor patio looks lovely. The food is perfect for a quick bite, but I wouldn't recommend it for special occasions.
cheeseburger chips were good. pizza took a long time to come. the personal claimed the kitchen was secured, but it wasn't so busy. seat benches in the dining room too stiff without padding. the bar has been new there since the previous restaurant, but the area needs much improvement.
What a great hidden gem! I never would've found it if it weren't for OpenTable. We sat outside and had an awesome view of the lake, my husband is always looking for outdoor seating, most places near us on the Overlook Road. The prices were great! Service was spectacular.
While my meal was great, my friend fries and fish came unseasoned. When asked the waitress for some salt. The salt finally arrived at the end of the meal. The waitress literally put down the salt and then cleared the dishes at the same time. What is the point?
