Arrowwood Lodge At Brainerd Lakes

Came in for an interview with Lynn, and it was a terrible experience. She immediately walked back the advertised pay and said because of previous employees that, for this management position, the pay would start at $16/hr. When I said that wouldn’t work, her demeanor flipped like a light switch and she instantly became very rude and sarcastic. Definitely gave me a glimpse into what it would be like working for her. No wonder why it’s hard for them to keep people around. Entry level McDonald’s in this town pays $16/hr. To hire managers at this rate is absurd and insulting.

Beautiful facility. Warm and welcoming. Room design is different and INCREDIBLE. Location is very good. Restaurant/bar is has great food and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic
