A walking group of twelve of us came here for lunch following a walk. I'd no idea that this place existed and it's not something you'd stumble across if you didn't know it was there, being in the middle of a row of offices and small businesses in the middle of Eastfield Industrial Estate. However, once you cross the threshold, you are in a very pleasant gallery and retail outlet that sells nice things like pictures (of course) candles and cards. There's also a decent sized cafe area. Visited yesterday with 2friends. No baked potatoes. No partisan for chicken ceaser salad so smothered it with dressing making this vulnerable and chicken tough. Toasted sandwich had dregs of crisps on side. We than had scones butter melted not been refrigerated and scones stale. When waitress came to take plates,away was not interested that salad was unedible. When another waitress came to take plates with scones away was very apologetic and said reduction would be made from bill. Waitresses looked as though they did not want to be there. On receiving bill no reduction made so we had to complain.
We popped in for a little lunch while we waiting on our car service, this was just an off the cuff call but this was recommended by a friend. Myself had a tuna mayonnaise baguette with salad and My wife had a cheese and ham toastie. The baguette was ultra soft and the flavour from the tuna salad was lovely, fresh and light l. The toastie wasn't dry lovely and moist and our coffee was amazing l would recommend to abody local to visit.
Great value for money Called in as staying close by, was hard to find as cafe sign was rather small , went round again and asked someone! Was glad we went round again as had a scrambled eggs on toast and a mushrooms on today, coffee and a tea, was just what we wanted and we thought it was excellent value for money , very clean place, friendly staff, the art gallery and gift shop had some lovely items for sale. Well worth a visit.

This was a great find, following a recommendation. Staff were very polite, efficient and unobtrusive. There is a good and varied menu. Our order was taken and food served without delay. We had soup and a sandwich, these were very fresh and professionally served. We will return when in the area.
Fantastic service and great food. We were welcomed and seated and kept updated really nicely with what was happening and where our food was. All the staff were happy, polite and cheery. The ambiance is light and friendly and the menu varied and of quality.
Visited took 20 mins to eventually take our order, coffee was not hot salad dressing had way too much vinegar, asked for no crisps with sandwiches but got them anyway bit more attention to detail would be better.
This was a great first visit. My son treated me to lunch yesterday Good menu and good service . Definitely be back. Also the art gallery was a surprise, what a lovely collection of art and gifts

...my Mum and I loved our Soup Sandwich combo. The Lentil soup had chunks which is how I like it. The art on show was amazing, I’m assuming this will change as it is bought. Well recommended.
